What size should I choose?

We recommend checking our Size Guide on each product page for specific measurements. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact our support team at support@uauras.com, and we’ll be happy to help you find your best fit.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact. For full details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. Please note, final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or change your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please email us at support@uauras.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotions.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

We're so sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.

Are your products true to size?

Most of our items are true to size, but fit may vary by style. We suggest reviewing customer reviews and checking the Size Guide on the product page before purchasing.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your uauras account to view order status and tracking details.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Our system currently allows only one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We regularly restock popular styles. If something you love is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
